Marine ventilators represent a new generation of energy-efficient, low-noise fans suitable for ventilation in all types of naval vessels and other compatible applications. They offer advantages including compact construction, small footprint, light weight, low power consumption, reversibility, smooth operation, and resistance to moderate shock and vibration. The marine fan impeller is cast from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy and dynamically balanced, ensuring excellent anti-corrosion properties and stable, reliable operation. The marine fan casing employs a welded steel plate construction with surface anti-corrosion treatment. Both inlet and outlet ends feature flanges for bolted connection to ductwork. The casing may be fabricated as an integral unit or with an axially opening design. The open-type casing mounts the impeller and motor within an accessible half-casing, facilitating on-site maintenance and component replacement.
  The fan is constructed with the motor housed within the casing, with the impeller directly mounted on the motor shaft.
  When viewed from the motor end, the fan impeller rotates clockwise. During operation, counter-clockwise rotation of the impeller is permissible, with the airflow rate in this state exceeding the rated airflow by no more than 6%.
  The fan may be equipped with: 80V, 415V, 5Hz or 40V, 460V, 480V, 60Hz marine-grade AC motors.
